'ExploringNewRealms started with a humble vision: to transport true Neapolitan pizza to Rome. Established by the Rossi lineage in 1985, our pizza place began as a quaint, family-operated business with recipes passed down through the ages.
Marco Rossi, our progenitor, mastered the art of pizza creation on her excursions across Italy, learning from renowned pizza chefs in Naples, the cradle of pizza. After her return to the UK, her goal was to replicate the essence of legitimate Italian pizza, utilizing age-old techniques and top-notch materials.
From a cozy 12-seat pizzeria, we’ve expanded into a cherished community staple. Nevertheless, our dedication to excellence and genuineness endures. The same wood-fired oven processes are in use, we prepare our pizza dough anew daily, and we persist in seeking out the best ingredients available.
Today, 'ExploringNewRealms remains a family enterprise, with the Rossi descendants now shepherding our enthusiastic crew. Even with a few contemporary twists, at our core is the same mission: to craft delicious, genuine pizzas that gather folks together.
